# Service Request | WEB | Create New (As a Client)

As a Client you will have restricted menu that is customised to your property/asset etc.

#### To Create a New Service Request

Go to: Main Menu – Service requests – List of Service requests landing page – then click **Create New**.

- **Mandatory fields** of “Type” and “Address” are in Red.

Fill out optional fields to your business process standard. Often more information is preferred.

- If you cannot access the Create new option contact your organisation.
- If you cannot access SpyderFlow at all you may need to be invited by your organisation.
