# External Users | Client Standard Role

### Client Standard User Role (External User)

Users to access your SpyderFlow system with restricted access:

- Clients, Tenants
- Sub contractors, vendors
- Field staff

This Role gives restricted access so that the user may log Service Requests and View details in relation to their usage of SpyderFlow and to your company.

#### **Permissions: Client Standard Role**

- SpyderFlow --> Main Menu --> Account Admin --> User Roles --> List of User Roles --> Client Standard Role --> User Role --> Permissions tab

#### Invite an External User

Can be any type of email address, not limited to workplace standard email.
