# Getting Started | SpyderFlow Sign Up Options

**SpyderFlow Sign up Options**

- Your activate SpyderFlow email will send you to the web page for initial sign up.
- If you only use the mobile app you are required to first sign up on the web page. Then can continue sign in on mobile app.

**Sign in Options are:**

- Sign in with Email
- Continue with Apple
- Continue with Google
- Continue with Microsoft

Follow the prompts with each sign in to SpyderFlow.

**Note:** Single sign in options "Continue with" can assist you as a user with ease of access to SpyderFlow in your daily work activity.

**If you do not know your sign in method speak with your SpyderFlow Administrator or Manager. They can guide you to the method your company is using for sign into SpyderFlow. **
