# Invoices | Overview

**SpyderFlow Invoices are available on both WEB and Mobile **

 

Invoice visibility and available actions accurately respect client, financial entity and contractor access permissions.

- An invoice can be created manually through **+Create New** in both Receivables and Payables. Fill in required fields.
- Or can be flowed from **+Flow To** from workflows (Service Requests, Scopes, Quotes, Work and Purchase Orders, Order Schedules).

**Located: SpyderFlow Main Menu > Invoices**. There are Receivables and Payables.

- A receivable is money that other people or businesses owe to you
- A payable is what you owe other people or businesses
