# Invoices | Payable | ‘Paid’ Option Greyed Out

### SpyderFlow Payable invoices:

- The **'Paid'** option cannot be performed on invoices that have been transferred to an external finance system.
- The manual payment option is disabled.
- Therefore, once invoice is with external finance system: action all updates there.
- **For example**: Xero currently links with SpyderFlow to transfer invoices.
