# Mobile | Filter

Apply filtering to focus on important Events and Work Activities.

1. Go to **Home Screen** > **Calendar ![](https://spydertech.net.au/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Icon-Mobile-Square-Scheduler.png)**
2. Select the [**Filter**](https://spydertech.net.au/docs/mobile-calendar-features/)icon
3. Toggle filters **ON** or **OFF**
4. Select **DONE**

![Good to know](https://spydertech.net.au/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Doc-Tip.png) **Good to know:**

- ***Show Completed ***when toggled **OFF**![](https://spydertech.net.au/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Mobile-Toggle-OFF.png)  will **exclude** all Events marked as completed and end-state Work Activities (eg. Status = Reviewed & Approved, Closed, Cancelled, etc).

- ***Show My Work***  when toggled **ON** ![](https://spydertech.net.au/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Mobile-Toggle-ON.png) will only show entries that are related to the user currently logged in.
