# Mobile | Work Activities

Records created in other SpyderFlow modules automatically appear in the Calendar as a **Work Activity** ![](https://spydertech.net.au/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Icon-Round-Work-Activites.png).

Visualising these in the Calendar helps users coordinate tasks, prevent conflicts, and oversee deadlines effectively.

**![Good to know](https://spydertech.net.au/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Doc-Tip.png) Good to know:** Selecting a **Work Activity** in the Calendar opens the corresponding record, helping users to quickly access and update Work Activities directly.
