# Multi-Factor Authentication MFA | Verification Code to Phone

### **Phone MFA Options to Receive Code**

- - Phone number – **Send Code – **sends text to your phone. The user then opens text, copies code and enters into verification window that displays next after choosing Send code method.
  - If choose to use** MFA by Phone **and then** Call method. **The Call to confirm may be brief so please have your mobile phone ready and this process may need to be cancelled and repeated if times out.
  - **Cancel** – restarts the process of choosing to authenticate MFA by Phone or Email. Repeat the steps.
