# Properties | WEB | Contacts

#### Create a List of Contacts

Add contacts to create list with default column headings:

- Name,
- Phone #
- Mobile #
- Email
- Type
- From
- To
- Is Primary?

Column information can be Sorted and Filtered once contacts are added and list created.

#### **Add Contact Information**

**+Add**is located right side of Contacts default page.

- Click to add contact information.
- If you want the contact to show up as default in orders when property is chosen: **Check the box 'Is Primary Contact"**
- **Save** when complete.
- Once contact information is added and saved the options **Edit, Delete and Back** are available.
- View added information, edit, delete or return to Contacts default page with the Back option.
- Contacts added will create a list of contacts to be viewed, selected, sorted or filtered.
