# Properties | WEB | Create New

**Location:** Main Menu --> Properties --> List of Properties --> Create New Property

**Create New Property - Details page**

- **Asset type:** Property

**Mandatory fields (highlighted in Red).**

- Address fields should prefill if use the search address field (top middle details page) .
  - Address
  - Suburb
  - State
  - Postcode
  - Country
  - Timezone

**Optional fields (fill as required)**

- Asset Name
- Ref #
- Integration Ref #
- Client
- Flags
- Asset Category
- Area
- Latitude
- Longitude

**Picture areas will prefill with Map of property location (left side) and Street view of Property on right side.**

- Picture areas can be changed to show other photos if chosen by your company. Map and Street view are default from Google Maps.

When complete: **click Save and Continue**
