#### What is a Property

A property is a physical asset that SpyderFlow workflows are based upon.

Each property record shows the users of the system the work history giving a comprehensive view of all activity undertaken against a particular property.

#### **This means for a property you can**

- Initiate, track and complete scopes, quotes, and work orders for required maintenance and construction,
- Invoice any customers for the work undertaken on a property with appropriate payment terms,
- Attach and hold any attachments (photos, documents etc) that are required to be considered as part any SpyderTech workflow process.

**Properties are created by users by mostly simply typing in the address which then utilises SpyderFlow integration with Google to pull in all the required property address details.**

- When the property is created there are other optional fields that can be completed in line with the user’s business process.
- If the address is not able to be identified by Google the user can manually type in all of the address detail for the property directly.
