# Quotes | WEB| Statuses

**These are the status for the quote: -**

- Quote Created – initial document created,
- Quote Sent - subcontractors/ employees how been notified,
- Quote Received – information received back from subcontractors/ employees,
- Quote review required – a request for a review of the quote that can happen at any stage,
- Quote Awarded – the process is completed and the subcontractors/ employees successful and unsuccessful notified,
- Quote Paused – the process has been put on hold,
- Quote Cancelled – the process has ended without awarding of a successful quote,
- Quote Unsuccessful – the process was undertaken but successful subcontractors/ employee was identified.

 

Once the quote has been awarded system will notify the successful subcontractor/ employee as well as the unsuccessful subcontractors/ employees.

Once the quote has been undertaken the quote can be

- cancelled,
- flowed directly to a work order to get the work underway,
- Or flowed to an invoice if the customer is required to pay for the quote before the next workflow step occurs.
