# Rates | Requests | List of Requests

### Overview

List of Requests like other 'List of' pages gives access to:

- **View by** dropdown
- **Select Action** (Bulk Action)
- **Select List Columns** (Customise your View)
- **+Create New**(Create a New Request)
- **Search** (Search list of Requests)
- **Filter by column headings** (Filter by what is Relevant to you)
- **Clear Filters** (Start again with Filters cleared)
- **Export List** (export to Spreadsheet format)

#### Edit List items

- Select a Request and Click Edit
- Non Editable Fields are from when Request was Created.
- Description Field can be added to or changed.
- Can be Created by External Users? Can be added to or changed.
- Can be Changed by External Users? Can be added to or changed.
- Can click across to Activity tab to view
- Save to complete
