The concept of a schedule is to set up the instructions for a work or purchase order:

- To give the what, when, who, where
- Then activate so the orders are created as required (with recurrences when needed).
- A schedule is a standard in creating orders that reoccur on a regular basis: like each week, fortnight, month or year.
