# Scopes | WEB | Status

What occurs with the scope is determined by the business process that the organisation using SpyderFlow has defined.

#### **Scope Status meanings**

- Scope Created – initial document created,
- Scope Allocated - subcontractors/ employees how been notified,
- Scope Data entry required – more information is needed to complete the scope,
- Scope review required – a request for a review of the scope that can happen at any stage,
- Scope Reviewed and Approved – the process is completed, and the scope of work is ready for the next stage of the workflow,
- Scope Paused – the process has been put on hold,
- Scope Cancelled – the process has ended with now work to be undertaken,
