# Service Requests | WEB | Contacts

+ADD Contacts through tab as required

Contact Fields include at minimum:

- Name:
- Type:

Fill in all other fields as required:

- Active dates, Description, Contact forms (Phone, Email)
- Language, Access Details
- Click**Save**when complete for each contact.

**Handy Hint!**

Once multiple contacts are added they can be sorted and filtered from list format with contacts tab.
