# Service Requests | WEB | Flow Items

**Flowing Service Request Items**

When flowing a Service Request to a Work Order, users can now pick and choose which approved items they want to carry across.

- All items appear by default, but can be deselected on the Items tab, eliminating the need for workarounds and giving providers finer control.
