# Mobile App | Attachments

#### Where you can add Attachments

**Attachments can be added throughout SpyderFlow  **

Look for attachment tab to **+Add Attachments on:**

- Requests
- Scope
- Quote
- Work Order
- Purchase Order
- Property
- Asset
- Contractor
- Client

#### How to Add an Attachment

**Add attachment**through**Attachments tab**or through**Item --> Add attachment **

- Click the + button --> bottom right of screen Add attachment --> Take a new photos, Choose a photo, Select a file
- Take a photo --. Add Title and attachment type --> Save
- Attachment is created

#### Attachment Details

**Click and hold to choose More Options --> Details**

- **Details** - the ability to see details of files and photos
- Created is date and time format
- **Attachment Categories:**  Photos and Documents

#### Viewed by

- When add your attachment choose if you want only internal users or also external users of SpyderFlow to view
- Option is available to select and choose Can be Viewed by External Users?

**Check with your business process if this option is for your SpyderFlow.**

 

**Example:** Quote Attachments added to Quote and to Item
