Work Orders are a collection of work approved to be completed by your company and allocated to employees or contractors.

 

#### **What are Work Orders?**

- Identify details of the work.
- Time/Date the work is to be completed by.
- Cost of the work.
- Any other specific information required by Contractor/Employee to complete the work.

 

#### What do Work Orders do?

Work orders in SpyderFlow enable an organisation to allocate, track and inspect the work that been awarded to subcontractors or employees.

- Allocate items of work to a contractor or employee to be completed,
- Manage the process of sending, inspecting, and closing the work order,
- Attach and issue any attachments (photos, documents) that are required to be considered as part of the work order process.
