Step 2 of – Invoices | Steps to Set up Sending Invoices
Edit Client Email for Invoices
Main Menu – Contacts – Clients – List of Clients landing page.
- Select which Client you want to edit email settings for invoices.
- Client will open into Client Details tab by default.
- Change to Communications tab and click Edit.
- Scroll down to Invoice E-mail notifications and Approved Invoices field.
- Fill in Approved Invoices field, add email address to where the invoice will be sent to.
- Click Save to complete.
- Multiple email addresses can be added to the “Approved Invoices” field
