Work Orders
A work order is the digital definition of the work that has been approved to be undertaken and allocated to a successful subcontractor/ employee.
- Work orders work by identifying, as a minimum, the address of the property that has the approved work to be undertaken along with the due date for the work to be completed and the company who the quote is being done on behalf of.
When the work order is created there are other optional fields that can be completed in line with the user’s business process.
Purchase Orders
A purchase order is the internal way that SpyderFlow tracks the approved spend for each work order.
- Purchase orders in SpyderFlow hold the financial information for work orders.
Purchase Orders are created by adding items to a work order and are as part of the process flow of allocating, reviewing and approving items inside work orders.
