Changes

Common

  • Add support for other regions (including UK/GB, US).

Scopes

  • Added Client field to scopes during creation, viewing & editing, and when flowing to Quote or Order.
  • When flowing to a Quote or Order, activity entries will be added to both the originating scope and the destination quote or work order.

Quotes

  • Added Client field to quotes during creation, viewing & editing, and when flowing to Order.

Orders

  • Added Client field to orders during creation, viewing & editing.
  • Revamped Defects
    • Removed “recalls” type.
    • Defected items no longer create new order items unless they result in new work to be done.
    • Defects can have multiple reasons.
    • Defects can be marked to recovery money (or not) on an individual basis.
    • Issued defects can be withdrawn.
    • The review tick/cross has been updated:
      • Green tick indicates that the item has passed quality check, and there were no issues.
      • Yellow tick indicates that the item has passed quality check, however there was a previous defect that has been fixed.
      • Red cross indicates that there has been a defect raised which was not cancelled.
    • Items with any non-cancelled defects cannot be removed or have changes made to the fields-
      • Item
      • Location
      • Comments
      • Quantity
      • Allocated To
    • Defects which require money to be recovered will create a new Recovery or Credit work order & purchase order.
      • These cannot be modified directly, but will automatically update when the associated defect has been finalised or withdrawn.
    • Item changes cannot be made to an invoiced item, or when the order is in Reviewed & Approved or Cancelled

Invoices

  • Added backend support for new Invoicing

Security

  • Added option to re-send invitation to a user.
  • Updated backend to improve system deployment process

Bug Fixes

Common

  • Fixed date and price display issues with the Activity
  • Fixed issue where quote, scope, order, and property system numbers could be used more than once.
  • Fixed issue with filtering on date fields on lists.
  • Quantity for scope, quote, and order is made consistent to 2 decimal places.
  • Fixed issue with property map dashboard not working properly when reporting on properties without a valid geolocation.
  • Fixed issue where date values were not displaying properly in activity.
  • Fixed issue where exported month values were not displaying properly.

Scopes

  • Fixed issue where the cancellation notice e-mails were showing the contractor currently allocated to the scope, instead of the previous contractor.
