Subscriber Billing and Financial Settings
Go to: Main Menu- Account Admin – Settings – Subscriber Settings – Financial tab.
- Click Edit to fill in, modify fields for Billing and Invoicing in Financial details tab.
- Billing fields are the default biller name and address details for your invoice documents to display.
- Invoicing fields are the default business number, Please Note or Credit advice comments and bank name for Invoicing.
- Bank details: Click to Add using Header and Value fields for Bank Account Name, BSB, Account Number or associated bank details.
Financial Tab – Bank Details
- Click to Add each line to be displayed on any generated invoice documents.
- When you click add or edit the format opens below: Header field and Value.

- Header could be “Account Name” stated. Value is the name of the account “John Smith.”
- After filling in fields click to Save. Save icon turns green at end of row.
Test with Invoice to see if correct set up achieved.
