The Contacts area of SpyderFlow contains information records for:
- Clients
- Contractors
- Contractor Workers
- Employees
- Suppliers
Use this area as per your business process.
Be aware the area is visible to users based on permission levels in SpyderFlow when entering any personal information like addresses, phone numbers the preference may be work related details over personal details.
Note!
Once the information is added it can then be accessed/ used in workflows in SpyderFlow once licences, insurances and other requirements are approved. Generally approved by a System Administrator, Finance User, Manager role etc
- If information is in draft status the employee/contractor may not be able to be accessed in allocation of Orders in SpyderFlow.
