Based on a user’s System Role and/or the current state of a record, SpyderFlow will either permit or prevent an action being performed. Tool tips (web) and toast messages (mobile) provide feedback to users when an action is not available.

Related Tab (40532) #web

A new tab appearing in Service Requests, Scopes, Quotes, Work Orders, and Invoices showing the related flow activities helping users understand where a record has come from and where it’s led to. For example, a Scope is flowed to a Quote; the related tab on the Scope will contain the Quote it was flowed to and the same tab on the Quote will contain the Scope it was flowed from.

Service Request (SRQ) Module (37225) #web

This new Services Requests module allows Subscribers to provide their Clients with a login to their instance of SpyderFlow where Clients will be able to submit a Service Request to the Subscriber. Subscribers can review and update Service Requests they receive from their Clients and flow Service Requests on to other activities. Subscribers will also be able to create Services Requests. This is a Web-Only module.

This new Subscriber Settings module allows subscribers to manage their account preferences. The module is available in both the web and mobile applications.
