Employee Recorded details and tabs
Location: SpyderFlow Main Menu –> Contacts –> Employees
Information contained: Professional information in record format of employees to be used in workflows, linked to corresponding user accounts and groups for accessible data in their workplace.
- An employee record may hold minimum (only mandatory) information like name, work contact details.
- Or there can be other tabs containing: Contacts, Communications, Licences, Security, Notes, Attachments and Activity.
General Employees information
- The general employee areas of information are standard workplace information area. Not recommended to include personal information.
- This employee area is for records relevant to workflow and work related data like licences, contacts, communication, notes, attachments etc.
Example

Record Level Security (RLS)
- See link User Account Administration | Record-Level Security (RLS)
- If RLS is enabled your System Administrator would check if there is an employee record to link to a corresponding user account.
- The user account will have the employee role permissions and RLS will give access to records (information) security.
- Located in Security tab of Employee record.
