Issue: The User cannot activate their SpyderFlow Invitation and the error is “The link has expired”
Permissions required to send another invitation: Administrator or Manager (Manager Role)
- Invitation link is active for up to 72 hours. Status begins as Invited and changes to Active once the User accepts the invitation.
- If link expires SpyderFlow Administrator can send another invitation.
- Find User details (Subscriber Role or External User).
- Check User details are correct and invitation has correct email address (Username Email address).
- To send your user another Invitation you use the same invitation created the first time.
