Subscriber and External Users may not receive invite to SpyderFlow, change details, leave the company and other …..
- Users have not received an email invitation. Is their email correct?
- Users do not know their username and password. Spelling mistakes on set up of invitation, incorrect details like name, email address.
- Users cannot access areas in SpyderFlow to complete their work.
- Users change details after their account role is created.
- This can include name change, role change, permission level needs to be increased or decreased.
- User account not needed but is created and active.
- User leaves organisation and Edit User does not delete the account.
Resolutions
- User may not receive invitation email, please advise to check junk email, spam or missed emails in their account.
- If cannot find invitation, ask your administrator for SpyderFlow in your organisation to resend the invite.
- Invitation can be resent multiple times until status changes from Invited to Active.
- Invitation link expires: the invitation lasts 72 hours. Request your organisation SpyderFlow administrator to resend invitation.
- Incorrect details when setting up the user invitation, changed User Roles, Permissions need to be increased or decreased.
- User details can be edited and changed by your administrator for SpyderFlow at your organisation.
- Follow the Edit User instructions in this guide.
- Unsure which User Role to choose for your staff member. Good practice is to begin with lower-level permission role and increase if necessary. More details are in Appendix 1 User Roles and Permissions of this guide.
