SpyderFlow offers protection of sensitive information with User Roles and Permissions.
SpyderFlow Admin and Managers can choose User Roles based on what permissions they want to staff member to access.

Protection of Pricing Information
View Prices Permission
The Common – View Prices permission, when assigned to a User Role, grants access to view prices on screens. Without this permission, prices are concealed and displayed as “xx.xx.”

- User Role can access all workflow areas but restricted on access to pricing.
Access to Required Areas Users:

- Some Users may not need Office type access to Service Requests, Scopes, Quotes, Purchase/Work Orders. eg. Field Staff
- Yet these staff require access to information in regards to Assets, Properties, Scheduler to do their work activities.
