SpyderFlow can integrate with automated invoicing application Xero to streamline your business process.
- Step 1 – Turn on Automate Invoice Creation Work and Purchase Orders
- User Role Required: SpyderFlow Administrator (Manager Role) or Manager
Subscriber Settings | Automate Invoice
Log into SpyderFlow –> Main Menu – Account Admin – Settings – Subscriber Settings page.
- Account Admin –> Subscriber Settings Landing Page
- Go to the Workflow Tab
- Scroll down to Invoices to checkboxes.
- Tick box to Automate Invoice Creation for Work Orders
- Tick box to Automate Invoice Creation for Purchase Orders
Continue to Step 2: click link – Custom Connection | Xero | Overview
- SpyderFlow Administrator will be required to collaborate with Xero Administrator. If these are two different roles in your business you may need to organise information sharing.
