To Search from Home Screen
- To search effectively: use keywords, partial combinations of letters or numbers.
- This can be taken from addresses, order numbers, asset names, categories and more.
Search Results
- Search results will appear colour coded to match icon categories from Dashboard e.g. Green for Property, Purple for Order.
Handy hints: Search as you would ask the question. Keep it simple!
- The more search criteria entered, the narrower the search will be.
- Conversely, the less criteria entered, the broader the search will be.
- If a word in an address: type the word or start letter.
- For a work order type order number with the “W” at start.
- For category type for example “Property”, “Asset”, “Land”, “Vehicle” and so on.
