What is a Property
A property is a physical asset that SpyderFlow workflows are based upon.
Each property record shows the users of the system the work history giving a comprehensive view of all activity undertaken against a particular property.
This means for a property you can
- Initiate, track and complete scopes, quotes, and work orders for required maintenance and construction,
- Invoice any customers for the work undertaken on a property with appropriate payment terms,
- Attach and hold any attachments (photos, documents etc) that are required to be considered as part any SpyderTech workflow process.
Properties are created by users by mostly simply typing in the address which then utilises SpyderFlow integration with Google to pull in all the required property address details.
- When the property is created there are other optional fields that can be completed in line with the user’s business process.
- If the address is not able to be identified by Google the user can manually type in all of the address detail for the property directly.
