Located: Main Menu – Quotes – List of Quotes
Select Action
- List of Quotes Landing Page.
- Choose from Select Action drop down the bulk action to apply to quotes.
- Apply to all Quotes by selecting checkbox in heading row (top left)
- Choose particular Quotes to apply the action by choosing with check box left side of quote (when action is chosen the blank check boxes appear).
- Click Apply when Quotes are selected or click Clear All to begin again.
- Confirmation message will appear with Yes/No to complete bulk action.
Confirmation of Bulk Action
- If confirmed Yes update will run and give action was successful notification.
- If No confirm process will return to before clicking Apply. Choose again to Apply or to Clear.
