What are Service Requests (SRQs)?
- Service Requests are a record of work (maintenance) requested by a client and includes details and problems.
Who can log Service Requests in SpyderFlow
Subscriber User Role recommended is: Review & Approve User
- Review and Approve has permissions to create, modify and update Service Requests (SRQs).
- Receives request for maintenance and logs as a Service Request for the Client. This could be from a phone call, email, written or verbal communication with your organisation.
Client User Role recommended is: Client Standard User
- Dependent on your organisation you may give Client standard access to log service requests, view progress and upload attachments as required. Or your clients may log through your internal staff with subscriber role access to SpyderFlow.
