The Related tab show colour coded References to your Service Request.

Two types of Related include Flow and Work History (see on right side when inside the Related Tab)

SRQ Related Flow

Related tab can show workflow linked to the Request. These are colour coded to assist easy identification to categories like: Orders, Invoices, Assets, Properties

Filter columns are: Flowed, Type, Reference, Due, Completed, Status, Created.

As seen below the Service request has flowed from an Asset. If you click the right side link you are taken direct to the linked asset.

There you can see further details of the Asset.

SRQ Related Work History

Work History shows the activity history of your Service Request.

Again, these are colour coded to assist easy identification to categories like: Request types, Orders, Invoices, Assets, Properties

Filter columns are: Reference, Status, Type, Priority, Issued, Due, Completed, Cost, Sell
