Overview

Role required: Subscriber System Administrator or Manager role (internal user)

Need access to: Account Admin –> Users and Contacts –> Contractors on Main Menu.

Process

1. Log into SpyderFlow with required access role

2.Go to Main menu –> Account Admin –> External Users

3. Opens into List of External Users. Click +INVITE 

4. Fill in details:

• Email: Contractor Email to use for sign up / sign into SpyderFlow
• Display Name: Contractor Name to Display for User log in / Profile
• Client: Not needed. Only Client OR Contractor is required
• Contractor: Can be a NEW Contractor or an EXISTING Contractor (already created in your SpyderFlow)
  • If NEW Contractor –> Type Contactor Name –> Tick the box to ‘Create New Worker’
  • If EXISTING Contractor –> Select from Dropdown –> Tick box for “Create New Worker’ may be ticked by default if a worker is already linked to the contractor.
    • If no worker linked to contractor –> Tick the checkbox to ‘Create New Worker’.
  • User Role: Type or Select Contractor Administrator or Contractor User
    • Contractor Administrator is for Admin level Access
    • Contractor User is restricted Contractor Access eg. Field Contractors that do not need Admin level access with Contractor company.
  • Click INVITE
  • Invitation will be sent to Contractor email on this invitation
  • Contractor Worker record will also be created with details from the invitation.
    • Go to Contractor Worker record: add details, licences, insurances as required
