Subscriber User – Asset & Scheduler Role: is a role for staff members internal to the subscription company with customised access to SpyderFlow.
Asset & Scheduler Main Menu
- The Main Menu includes: Dashboard, Assets, Properties and Scheduler
- The user with Asset & Scheduler Role can view, edit, print codes from these areas.
- Access does not include: Workflow sections: Scopes, Quotes, Purchase or Work Orders.
Scheduler Access
The Asset & Scheduler Role can view events and click to open for details.
- Can create, edit/modify events or appointments in Scheduler.
- Hover over event/appointment for quick view.
- Click to open event/appointment if required to edit/modify as per business requirements.
- Cannot access associated Scope, Quote, Work or Purchase Order.
