Therefore, this user role is ideal for internal staff to use if access to sensitive price information is to be restricted.
Main Menu – Create & Update Role
User has access to Menu areas, however permissions of the Create and Update Role will show sensitive area of pricing as unavailable.
Pricing hidden with: Service Requests, Scopes, Quotes, Work and Purchase Orders.
Example: Work Order with Pricing details unavailable
- On hover over the icon ‘You do not have permissions to view this field’
- Also hidden on scopes, quotes, purchase orders. Not just limited to work orders.
