Dashboard Refresh Periods can be edited and set to your business process through Subscriber Settings.
Options can include:
- An amount in minutes, hours, days or each time the information to the associated area changes.
To edit the refresh settings go to: Main Menu –> Account Admin –> Subscriber Settings –> Workflow Tab.
- Click Edit (top right corner of workflow screen)
- Scroll down to ‘Dashboard Refresh Periods’
- Choose the option to suit each widget for the refresh to your dashboard.
