The role of the SpyderFlow Administrator is nominated within your company and is an internal subscriber account with full access to configure your SpyderFlow system for your business usage. Also known as the System Admin. There can be one or more System Administrators depending on the needs of your company.

SpyderFlow Administrator 

• Sends invitations for new users (internal and external) for your SpyderFlow system.
• Advises, Sets up, Modifies user roles and permissions.
• Account Admin settings – set up, modify, investigate and monitor issues.
• Creates or modifies Rates, Field Groups and Field Options, Financial and Admin areas in conjunction with your manager or finance staff.
• This dashboard contains full access to the SpyderFlow system including Account Admin area to Subscriber Settings, Users and Permissions. Also access to System Interface to check Incoming, Outgoing events and Integration set up/edit Xero connections.

User Permissions and Roles

• System Administrator Role: Has full permissions to the SpyderFlow system for top level accessibility for create, modify, investigate, report and maintenance of the system flow.
