Due to recent update some users may experience a ‘user visible’ change with emails from SpyderFlow.
- Prior to the update emails will have shown from [email protected]
- Due to update in system this is now [email protected]
If users suddenly see system emails coming from a different sender address, they may mistake them for spam/phishing. Hence please note the update if this affects you as a user.
End users may need to update filters, rules, or whitelists in their email client. For example, someone might have rules based on [email protected] and will now need to update to [email protected].
Note! This should only affect users if rules or trusted settings applied with the [email protected] was set prior to 27th August 2025.
