Apply filtering to focus on important Events and Work Activities. Filtering is remembered so users can stay focused on what matters most.
Add Filters
- Go to Main Menu > Calendar

- Select the Filter field
- Apply one or more filters
- Select FILTER
Good to know:
- Enter any part of an address such as #, street, suburb, state, country, post/zip code in the Location field
- Open Only? excludes all Events marked as completed and end-state Work Activities (eg. Status = Reviewed & Approved, Closed, Cancelled, etc). Conversely, Completed Only? excludes active Events and Work Activities.
- Events? and Work Activities? will reflect the current Show Options settings. Changing these in the filter automatically changes them in the Show Options dropdown and vice versa.
Edit Filters
- Go to Main Menu > Calendar

- Select the Filter field
- Update or delete one or more filters
- Select FILTER
Good to know:
- If most filters need to be updated, instead of deleting each filter one-by-one, use the CLEAR button to quickly reset the fields to start fresh.
Clear All Filters
- Go to Main Menu > Calendar

- Select the Filter field
- Select CLEAR
- Select FILTER
