Use the Search feature to search across the entire Calendar for specific entries. Because search results can span across a vast date range (eg. across multiple years), results are displayed as a list.
- Go to Main Menu > Calendar
- Select SEARCH
- Apply one or more search criteria
- Select SEARCH
- Select BACK TO CALENDAR to return to the main Calendar.
Good to know:
- The more search criteria entered, the narrower the search will be. Conversely, the less criteria entered, the broader the search will be.
- Enter any part of the address such as #, street, suburb, state, country, post/zip code in the Location field
- Open Only? excludes all Events marked as completed and end-state Work Activities (eg. Status = Reviewed & Approved, Closed, Cancelled, etc). Conversely, Completed Only? excludes active Events and Work Activities.
- Events? and Work Activities? will default to the current Show Options settings. Changing these here will not change them in the Show Options dropdown.
