The Calendar is a centralised solution for organising events and coordinating work activities within SpyderFlow, promoting transparency, collaboration, and synchronisation across teams.

The Calendar contains two types of entries:

Events – Ad-hoc calendar entries initiated by users, offering a versatile tool for organising commitments, setting reminders, and managing various activities. Users have the flexibility to customise event types to align with their specific needs and preferences.

Work Activities – Automatically generated entries corresponding to specific jobs or assets within other modules of SpyderFlow, assisting with coordinating tasks, avoiding conflicts, and overseeing deadlines.

The powerful combination of Events and Work Activities provides users with a visual, holistic view of their tasks and obligations, helping them stay organised, and achieve their goals effectively.
