Location
- Log into SpyderFlow –> Main Menu –> Service requests –> List of Service requests landing page –> then click Create New
Create New Service Request
Complete all fields with details as per your standard business process:
- Type, Property or Asset, Company and Rate Group MUST be filled out or you cannot flow through the workflow system.

- Type: Type of received service request. For example: phone call, email, web form.
- Property or Asset: This is the Property/Asset name or address. Start typing and you may see examples display in drop down to select.
- If the address is not found, please add through “Properties/Assets” sections of SpyderFlow. New Properties or Assets cannot be added in this form and must be added prior to creating SRQ.
- Due: Date Field. Fill out according to your business process for Service requests.
- Contact Details: Contact name, Phone.
- Work Instructions: Instructions, Comments.
- Dates: Created, Issued, Reviewed, Closed.
- Pricing: Client Cost, Cost, Sell estimates.
- Flags: Cautions, rules and regulations for work contractors to adhere or be aware to. For example: asbestos in building, dog on property, deaf or blind client, use service elevator only.
- Details: SRQ Owner, Inspector, Scheduled Start, Reported by, Issues by, Timezone.
- Drop downs to select: Company, Client, Area, Project, Tax Code and check , Tax Code and Rate Group.
