Subscriber User Role – Finance: To gain access to Invoices – the employee needs User Role of Finance, or the tab in left side menu does not appear.
Subscriber Manager Role has access to finance and above permissions also.
- Invoices (Receivables) are with Work Orders
- Invoices (Payables) use with Purchase Orders
Subscriber User Finance Role enter details from spreadsheets WO or PO numbers, amount paid and choose to Save and Approve.
