An Overview

Rate Groups contain information for: Items, Requests and Pricing to use inside your SpyderFlow Workflow Management System.

Location of Rate Groups:

• Main Menu –> Rate Groups –> List of Rate Groups is default page

Note!

For ease of access: Items and Requests can be viewed, edited inside of Rate Groups or in main menu areas below rate groups.

• No need to do multiple actions the items and requests are saved into SpyderFlow either preference of accessibility.

List of Rate Groups page

• Rate groups open by default into the List of Rate Groups page.
• Similar to other areas of SpyderFlow ‘List of’ pages there are options for: bulk actions, search, filter, create new, export, clear filters and list columns.
