Signature Capture in Forms

SpyderFlow now supports the capture of signatures directly within forms attached to Work Activities (Service Request, Scope, Quote, Work Order, and Purchase Order).

Use signatures to confirm inspections, handovers, work completion, consent, safety instructions, or support delivered. Signatures are stored with the record for a clear audit trail.

Photo Watermarking

Photos taken in SpyderFlow and attached to Work Activities (Service Request, Scope, Quote, Work Order, and Purchase Order) are now automatically watermarked with:

• Date and time taken
• Order address

This helps ensure photos meet evidence and compliance requirements.

SpyderFlow now supports more flexible pricing rules, including:

• Cost and sell prices by area, category, service type, or asset
• Markup percentages
• Prices entered including or excluding tax
• Automatic total calculations before or after tax

Business Central Integration

SpyderFlow continues to integrate with Microsoft Business Central for Lake Maintenance.

Note: This integration is currently tailored to Lake Maintenance workflows and requires custom configuration.
