New Features

 

✦ Web Application Refresh

The SpyderFlow Web Application has been upgraded with a refreshed interface and updated underlying technology.

While the general layout and functionality remain familiar, users may notice improvements to the appearance and behaviour of menus, forms, tables, filters, date selectors and other controls throughout the application.

SpyderFlow now also supports switching between Dark and Light mode, allowing users to select their preferred appearance.

 

✦ Customisable Dashboard

The Web Dashboard has been refreshed and provides greater control over how information is displayed.

Users can:

  • Add or remove dashboard widgets
  • Drag and drop widgets to change their position
  • Expand supported widgets to view larger data sets in full screen

✦ Attachable Form PDF Output

Completed attachable forms can now be generated and downloaded as PDF files.

The PDF output includes the information entered in the form and supports features such as uploaded files, multi-select responses, page numbering and improved print formatting.

Improvements

 

✦ Sign In

The sign-in page has been adjusted to make Single Sign-On more prominent, helping users identify the preferred authentication method more easily.

 

✦ Web

  • Attachment uploads now show a pending indicator after a file has been selected but before it has finished uploading
  • Flag Alerts on Properties and Assets now provide a more consistent experience with Flag Alerts on Work Activities
  • Workflow Activity and CRM data can be exported to Microsoft Excel for further analysis
  • HEIC image files are now supported
  • Export options for Assets and Contacts are displayed according to the user’s permissions
  • General interface, layout and usability improvements have been applied throughout the Web Application

 

✦ Mobile

  • Filtering and sorting selections are now remembered across supported Mobile App lists, including. The filter indicator has also been made more prominent, making it easier to recognise when a custom filter is currently applied.

  • Improved internal data handling and consistency
  • Improved platform reliability and integration stability
  • Ongoing technical upgrades to support the continued development of SpyderFlow
