SpyderFlow now supports the capture of signatures directly within forms attached to Work Activities (Service Request, Scope, Quote, Work Order, and Purchase Order).

• Touch ability to sign with your finger is available on mobile. Web you will need to use your mouse.

Signature Capture in Forms

Example: Attachment for Sign off in a Work Order

• Can be available on both the WEB and Mobile
• Can add to work orders for the signature sign off when work is complete

WEB

• Open the Work Order and go to the Attachments tab
• Click +ADD
• Select Mandatory field (highlighted Red) – Type:  Sign Off

Attachment Fields (top section)

• Type: Sign off is prefilled when you created the form
• Title: Can type in this field to give an optional title to the attachment
• Status: Created is default when start. Other dropdowns can include: Rejected, Review Required, Approved, Cancelled for some examples.
• Reference: Drop down for options
• Can be viewed by External Users? Client, Contractor, Customer options on drop down.
• Upload files options +CHOOSE, UPLOAD, CANCEL

Go to Signature Template and click SIGNATURE+

The Sign off area expands 

•  Name: Type field for the name
• Checkbox: Are you satisfied the work has been completed fully?
• Signature: Touch pad user can sign with their finger or stylus etc
• UNDO and CLEAR: Action buttons under signature

Action buttons top right:

SAVE or CANCEL

• Save when complete
• Cancel if required

When you save this form the Parent Reference will be the Work Order the attachment of Sign off is linked to.

• If you mistakenly save without the signature click to EDIT to update and SAVE when complete.
